摘 要:制作45个半梁式黏结试件,研究保护层厚度,钢筋直径,配箍率对页岩陶粒轻骨料混凝土与变形钢筋粘结性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:增加保护层厚度,钢筋肋间混凝土齿强度利用率提高,进而在一定范围内可以提高极限黏结强度;轻骨料混凝土与钢筋之间的黏结强度对钢筋直径的变化比较敏感,减小钢筋直径,极限黏结强度显著提高,但残余黏结强度与极限黏结强度的比值大幅下降;增加配箍率对提高极限黏结强度作用不大,但可以有效提高残余黏结强度。The influences of rebar diameter,stirrup ratio and thickness of concrete cover to bond properties between reinforcing bar and lightweight aggregate concrete are analyzed based on the bending test results of 45 specimens. The results demonstrate that,as the thickness of concrete cover increases,the utilization rate of concrete teeth between reinforced cross ribs improves,which could improve the ultimate bond strength within certain limits. The bond strength is sensitive to the change of rebar diameter,the ultimate bond strength increases greatly but the ratio of the residual bond strength to the ultimate one declines sharply,along with rebar diameter decreases. The stirrup ratio has minimal effect on the ultimate bond strength,but the residual bond strength increases significantly with the increase of stirrup ratio.
