摘  要:目的探讨纳洛酮联合机械通气治疗急性呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择2013年1月—2016年1月凉山州第一人民医院收治的急性呼吸衰竭患者110例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。对照组采用面罩机械通气以及对症治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合纳洛酮进行治疗,观察两组患者的疗效及血气指标情况。结果试验组患者的临床总有效率(92.7%)明显优于对照组(78.2%)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的动脉血氧分压(Pa O2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)、血液酸碱度(p H)以及动脉血氧饱和度(Sa O2)均明显优于治疗前,且试验组血气指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纳洛酮联合机械通气是一种治疗急性呼吸衰竭患者的理想方法,能够显著改善患者的血气指标,提高临床治疗疗效,值得被临床应用采纳。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of naloxone in the treatment of acute respiratory failure with mechanical ventilation. Methods 110 cases with acute respiratory failure from January 2013 to January 2016 in The Frist People’s Hospital of Liangshan,they were randomly divided into the experimental group( n = 55) and the control group( n =55). The control group were treated by mask mechanical ventilation and symptomatic treatment,the experimental group were treated by naloxone combination the treatment for the control group patients,clinical efficacy were observation and blood indexes were detected. Results The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of patients in the experimental group( 92. 7%) was significantly better than the control group( 78. 2%)( P 〈 0. 05); two groups’ blood gas index after treatment were significantly better than before treatment,the degree of change of blood gas index in experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Naloxone combined with mechanical ventilation is an ideal method for the treatment of acute respiratory failure patients,can significantly improve patients the index of blood gas,improve clinical curative effect,is worthy to apply in clinical study.
