心脏康复治疗配合体外反搏治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察心脏康复治疗配合体外反搏治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月辽宁省电力中心医院收治的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采取单纯规范化抗心力衰竭药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采取规范化心脏康复治疗配合体外反搏治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)、6min步行距离。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者LVEF、NT-pro BNP、6min步行距离比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者LVEF高于对照组,NT-pro BNP低于对照组,6min步行距离长于对照组(P<0.05);且两组患者治疗后LVEF高于治疗前、NT-pro BNP低于治疗前、6min步行距离长于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论采取心脏康复治疗配合体外反搏治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者心功能,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of cardiac rehabilitation therapy combined with external counterpulsation in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with chronic congestive heart failure were selected from January 2014 to January 2016 in Liaoning Electric Power Central Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with standardized anti-heart failure drug treatment, the observation group was given cardiac rehabilitation therapy combined with external counterpulsation based on control group. The clinical effect and LVEF, NT-pro BNP,6min walking distance before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficiency of observation group was higher than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Before treatment, no statistically significant differences of LVEF, NT-pro BNP or 6min walking distance was found between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）; after treatment,observation group of LVEF was higher than control group,NT-pro BNP was lower than control group,6min walking distance was longer than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; and the two groups of patients of LVEF was higher than that of prior treatment,NT-pro BNP was lower than that of prior treatment,6min walking distance was longer than prior treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation therapy combined with external counterpulsation have an exect effect in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure,it can effectively improve the cardiac function and improve the quality of life.
