苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病合并颈动脉斑块的临床疗效。方法选取2011年6月—2012年6月于重庆市万州区人民医院心内科住院治疗的冠心病合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者70例为研究对象。将研究对象随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。治疗组采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗,对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙。于治疗前、治疗后6个月及1年进行颈动脉检测。结果治疗组治疗6个月和1年后颈动脉内膜-中层厚度、颈动脉斑块面积均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗6个月和1年后颈动脉内膜-中层厚度、颈动脉斑块面积均低于治疗前,治疗1年后颈动脉内膜-中层厚度、颈动脉斑块面积均低于治疗后6个月(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙具有减轻颈动脉粥样硬化、稳定斑块趋势,而阿托伐他汀钙联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平疗效更加显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate combined with atorvastatin calcium on carotid atherosclerotic plaque in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 70 patients with coronary artery disease and carotid atherosclerotic plaques in the Department of Cardiology of Wanzhou People’s Hospital from June 2011 to June2012 were selected as the subjects. The subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with amlodipine besylate combined with atorvastatin calcium,while the control group was given atorvastatin calcium. Before and 6 months,1 year after treatment, the carotid artery examination was conducted.Results 6 months and 1 year after treatment,carotid intima-media thickness and carotid plaque area in treatment group were lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The carotid intima-media thickness and carotid plaque area at 6 months and1 year after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and at 1 year after treatment were lower than those at 6 months after treatment in two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium can reduce carotid atherosclerosis and stabilize plaque,and atorvastatin calcium combined with amlodipine besylate is more effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
