摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在预防老年住院患者跌倒中的应用效果。方法选取2009年2月—2010年2月在辽宁省电力中心医院住院的老年患者200例作为对照组,另选取2010年3月—2012年3月在辽宁省电力中心医院住院的老年患者200例作为观察组。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予循证护理。比较两组患者护理依从性、满意率、自我保护意识情况、跌倒发生率。结果观察组患者跌倒发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理依从性、满意率、自我保护意识优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在预防老年住院患者跌倒中的应用效果确切,可加强患者自我保护意识,促进护患关系,提高患者依从性。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in preventing fall eldly inpatients. Methods From february 2009 to February 2010 in liaoning province power center hospital 200 elderly inpatients were selected as control group. from March 2010 to March 2012 in liaoning province power center hospital 200 elderly inpatients were slected as observation group. Control group were given the routine nursing care, observation group were given the evidence-based nursing. The patients’ treatment compliance, satisfaction, ego to protect consciousness, falling rates of two groups were compared. Results Incidence of fall in the observation group was lower than in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Patients’ treatment compliance,satisfaction,ego to protect consciousness observation group were better than those of control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Application effect of evidence-based nursing in preventing fall in elderly inpatients is exact,it enhance the patients’ ego to protect consciousness,promote the relationship between nurses and patients,improve patient compliance.
