氢氧化镁生产及其废液在烟气脱硫中的应用研究

摘　　要：实验以石灰—卤水为原料生产氢氧化镁,其洗涤液经三级逆向循环洗涤过滤,主要含有氯化钙和氢氧化镁,用此液处理锅炉烟道尾气,解决了尾气排放中氮、硫氧化物超标的问题,同时废液中的钙、镁经处理后还可回收利用,从而降低烟气处理费用,保护生态环境,增加企业经济效益。In the research,lime powder and brine was used as the material to produce magnesium hydroxide. The washing solution of magnesium hydroxide was washed and filtering circulation three times continuously,which contained calcium chloride and magnesium hydroxide mainly.The research solved the problem of the flue gas of coal-fired boiler which contained nitrogen and sulfur oxide over standard,which the calcium and magnesium in the washing solution was recycling by the way. The expense of flue gas process reduced,the ecological environment was protected,and the economic benefit of enterprise increased higher.
