臭氧治疗难治性皮肤溃疡的综合护理干预效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨臭氧治疗难治性皮肤溃疡病人的综合护理干预效果。[方法]选择难治性皮肤溃疡病人50例进行研究,纳入的研究对象临床资料完整,签署知情同意书愿意配合本次研究,随机分为观察组与对照组各25例。对照组病人实施常规臭氧气浴治疗与常规护理,观察组病人则采取"可控臭氧治疗舱"臭氧气浴治疗与综合护理干预。观察记录两组病人临床效果、治疗前后焦虑与抑郁评分、病人对护理满意率。[结果]观察组总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组(76.00%)(P<0.05);观察组病人对护理满意率为100.00%,显著高于对照组(76.00%)(P<0.05);两组病人治疗前焦虑、抑郁评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]可控臭氧治疗舱臭氧气浴治疗难治性皮肤溃疡结合综合护理干预可以提高临床效果与病人满意率,更好地改善负面情绪,相比传统臭氧气浴与常规治疗效果更佳。Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention ozone treatment of refractory skin ulcer patients.Methods：February 2013-February 2016 skin ulcers admissions refractory 50 cases studied,the study included clinical information,informed consent are willing to cooperate in this research,according to randomized into observation mode group and control group,n=25.The control group for patients with conventional treatment and ozone air bath routine care,observation group had adopted a＂controlled ozone treatment cabins＂ozone air bath treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical effects of the two groups were recorded before and after the treatment of anxiety and depression scores,patient satisfaction rate of nursing,and take SPSS18.0statistical analysis.Results：The total effective rate was 96.00%,significantly higher than 76.00%（P〈0.05）;the observation group were nursing satisfaction rate was 100.00%,significantly higher than 76.00%（P〈0.05）;two groups before treatment of anxiety,depression scores showed no significant difference（P〉0.05）,after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Controlled ozone therapy cabin ozone gas bath combined treatment of refractory skin ulcer comprehensive nursing intervention can improve clinical results and patient satisfaction,better improve the negative emotions,as compared to conventional ozone air bath with conventional treatment better,it is worth reference.
