摘 要:通过梳理国内外相关文献和追踪生鲜农产品经营主体、消费者以及相关专家对生鲜农产品的关注点,文章从物流规模、物流损耗、物流费用和物流滞销四个方面构建了生鲜农产品物流效率评价指标体系,并以长沙生鲜农产品为研究样本,利用灰色关联模型分析了影响生鲜农产品物流效率的因素,主要包括产品售价、运输综合费用、仓储综合费用、订单响应时间、销售量、总批量、滞销量及损耗量,但生鲜农产品各级市场的主要影响因素及其影响程度不尽相同。通过系统把握主要影响因素,构建了基于规模化定制、共同物流及流通方式变革的生鲜农产品物流效率提升模式。最后,从政府规制、经营主体组织化程度、基础设施及信息化建设等方面提出发展建议。Through a detailed review of domestic and foreign research on logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products, tracking the wide concern among business operators,consumers and experts over fresh agricultural products, this paper constructs the logistics efficiency evaluation index system from four aspects: scale of logistics, logistics loss, logistics cost and logistics dull sale. It selects Changsha fresh agricultural products as research sample, by using the method of grey correlation analysis, to ana-lyze the main factors affecting the logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products, mainly including product price, transportation cost, storage cost, order response time, sales volume, total lot amount, dull sale volume and loss volume, but it varies as to the main factors of fresh agricultural products at all levels of the market and their influence degrees. By grasping the main factors systematically,this paper constructs the model to improve logistics efficiency of fresh agricultural products based on large-scale cus-tomization ,common logistics and circulation mode reformation. Finally, it puts forward the suggestions on the development from government regulation, organization degree of business operators, infrastructure construction, information construction, etc.
