中国经济效率综合评价指数研究——基于东部、中部、西部地区面板数据的比较分析

摘　　要：文章界定了经济效率的内涵,从生产效率和生态效率两大方面设计了经济效率评价指标体系,构建了经济效率综合评价指数,并基于1985—2013年东部、中部、西部地区面板数据,对现阶段中国经济效率综合评价指数进行了测算与比较分析。研究结果表明:我国经济运行总体上处于一般效率状态,经济效率呈现上升趋势。其中,生产效率处于中低效率状态,生态效率处于中高效率状态。从三大地区比较看,东部与中部地区经济运行总体上处于一般效率状态,西部地区处于中低效率状态,均呈现上升趋势。东部、中部与西部地区经济运行表现出较强的梯度特征,即东部地区经济效率相对较高,中部地区次之,西部地区较低。This paper defines the connotation of economic efficiency, designs the evaluation index system of economic effi-ciency from two major aspects such as production efficiency and ecological efficiency, and constructs the comprehensive evalua-tion index of economic efficiency. Based on the panel data of eastern, central and western regions during the years from 1985 to 2013 ,this paper measures the comprehensive evaluation index of China＇ s economic efficiency at the present stage and makes a comparative analysis. The research shows that： China’s economy is generally at the state of average efficiency and economic effi-ciency presents a rising trend,in which production efficiency is at the state of middle-low economic efficiency and ecological effi-ciency is in the state of high-middle efficiency. From the comparison among the three regions, the economic operation in eastern and central regions is generally in a state of average efficiency, the western region in a state of low-middle efficiency, which shows a rising trend. The economic operation in eastern, central and western regions shows a strong gradient feature, that is, e-conomic efficiency is relatively high in the eastern region, the central region ranks the next, and it is relatively low in the western region.
