摘　　要：目的探讨手术安全核查制度在患者安全目标管理活动中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2015年4—6月齐齐哈尔市第一医院住院手术患者254例,通过对手术部位标识现场核查及病历内的手术安全核查表进行调查分析。结果所抽取的254例患者中,手术标识率平均为62.47%;在254份患者病历中,共存有手术安全核查表249份,其余存在缺陷病历136份,占54.62%。同时存在填写不完整的问题。结论齐齐哈尔市第一医院手术安全核查制度在患者安全目标活动管理中的应用情况令人满意,但仍有改进和提高的空间。Objective To discuss the application effect of operation safety check system in the safety goal activities management.Methods 254 cases of operative patients in our hospital in April to June 2015 were randomly selected and the operative part signing filed check and operative safety check table in records were investigated.Results In the 254 cases of patients,the average body surface marking rate was 62.47%,and in the 254 pieces of medical records,there were 249 pieces of operation safety check table,and 136 pieces of medical records with defect,accounting for 54.62%,at the same time,the issue of incomplete filling existed.Conclusion The application of operative safety check system in the Tsitsihar First Hospital in the safety goal activities management is satisfactory,but there is still room for improvement.
