彩超监护、引导下稽留流产的操作配合体会

摘　　要：目的对彩超监护、引导下稽留流产的操作配合体会进行分析总结。方法抽取2014年1月—2016年6月该院收治的213例稽留流产行刮宫术的孕妇,按随机数字表法将其分成对照组103例和观察组110例,观察组110例稽留流产孕妇在彩超监护、引导下行刮宫术,对照组103例稽留流产孕妇实施盲视下刮宫术.比较两组手术孕妇刮宫术中并发症的发生情况。结果观察组刮宫手术都是一次性成功,刮宫手术并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组刮宫手术时间平均为(7.95±2.10)min,与对照组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在彩超监护、引导下对稽留流产孕妇行刮宫术,可提高刮宫手术的一次性成功率,缩短孕妇进行手术的时间,降低刮宫术中及术后并发症的发生率。Objective To analyze and summarize the operation cooperation of missed abortion monitored and guided by the Color Doppler Ultrasound.Methods 213 cases of missed abortion pregnant women with uterine apoxesis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the observation group with 110 cases adopted the uterine apoxesis monitored and guided by the Color Doppler Ultrasound,and the control group with 103 cases adopted the blindness uterine apoxesis,and the occurrence of the two groups in the uterine apoxesis was compared between the two groups.Results The uterine apoxesis is a one-time success,and the incidence rate of complications in the uterine apoxesis was lower than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）,and the average time of uterine apoxesis in the observation group was（7.95±2.10） min,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P 〈0.05）.Con clusion The uterine apoxesis monitored and guided by the Color Doppler Ultrasound for patients with missed abortion can improve the one-time success rate of operation,shorten the operation time of pregnant women and reduce the incidence rate of intraoperative and postoperative complications of uterine apoxesis.
