摘　　要：该文以十堰地区人口现状为例,详细阐明了全面放开二胎的原因;并重点分析了实施全面二胎政策对医疗资源的需求及其对策,首次提出了高龄孕产妇比普通孕产妇对医疗资源的需求会更大,并明确了实施路径,即要解决好"全面二胎"医疗资源的缺口,必须由政府主导、医疗机构主建、全社会参与以及各个家庭支持才能有效完成;"全面二胎"赋予了当代医学生重要的角色和责任,号召每一个医学生在全面二胎政策的实践中要抢抓机遇、直面挑战,为健康二胎、为中国梦多做贡献。The paper elaborates the causes of comprehensive release of two-children policy in detail taking the population status in Shiyan region as an example,and focuses on analyzing the demands of the implementation of comprehensive twochildren policy for the medical resources and its strategies,puts forwards the demand of senile women for the medical resources is bigger than that of common women,and makes sure the implementation way,namely we should solve the medical recourse shortcomings of comprehensive two-children,and the comprehensive two-children endowers the contemporary medical students important roles and responsibilities,calls on every medical student to catch opportunities and face challenges in the practice of the policy thus making more contributions for the healthy two-children and Chinese dream.
