腹腔镜在肝胆外科的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜在肝胆外科的应用效果。方法方便选取2014年6月—2016年6月该院肝胆外科收治的86例患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各43例,对照组给予常规手术治疗,研究组给予腹腔镜手术治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率、镇痛药物使用率、并发症发生率及治疗满意率分别为97.67%、2.33%、0.00%、100.00%均优于对照组的74.42%、23.26%、18.60%、79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的切口长度、术中出血量、下床活动时间、平均住院时间分别为(4.7±0.6)cm、(84.2±7.8)m L、(1.7±0.6)d、(8.3±2.1)d均优于对照组的(23.4±2.6)cm、(128.7±15.6)m L、(3.7±1.1)d、(12.4±3.1)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝胆外科应用腹腔镜,保证了手术治疗效果,改善了患者生存质量,临床上应大力推广。Objective To discuss the application effect of laparoscope in the department of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods Convenient selection 86 cases of patients admitted and treated in the department of hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the control group were treated with routine operation, while the research group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate, analgesic drug use rate, incidence rate of complications and treatment satisfactory rate in the research group were better than those in the control group（97.67%,2.33%,0.00%,100.00% vs 74.42%,23.26%,18.60%,79.07%）, and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）, and the cut length, intraoperative bleeding amount, time to get out of bed and average length of stay in the research group were better than those in the control group[（4.7±0.6）cm,（84.2±7.8）m L,（1.7±0.6）d,（8.3±2.1）d vs（23.4±2.6）cm,（128.7±15.6）m L,（3.7±1.1）d,（12.4±3.1）d], and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of laparoscope in the department of hepatobiliary surgery ensures the operative treatment effect and improves the quality of life of patients, which is worth great promotion in clinic.
