摘　　要：针对当前地理信息数据规模越来越大、更新频率越来越快、质量要求越来越高,而相应的质量检查手段却相对落后的问题,基于局域网通讯技术和数据库监听技术提出了海量地理信息数据信息化质检平台的构建方法,并从总体架构设计、主体功能及逻辑关系设计、数据库设计等多个方面对系统的设计理念进行了介绍。该系统可以在质检分类管理、网络化协同检查、自动化评价与报告输出等多个方面提高工作效率,并已在十余个省的近百家测绘单位推广应用。This paper presented a novel construction approach for an informational software system based on local area network communication and database monitoring technology, which could check the massive geographical information data. The paper discussed the design idea form the overall structure design, subject-functions and logical relationship design and database design in detail. The functions of the software system include classified management, collaborative test, automated quality evaluate, report output and so on, which could effectively enhance the efficiency of testing and evaluating geographical information data. This system has been applied by hundreds of surveying and mapping institutions from more than 10 Provinces in China.
