摘　　要：全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)是近20年提出的新概念,是严重创伤和手术后普遍存在的非特异性炎症反应,是最终可能导致多器官功能障碍的临床病理过程的一个中间环节。该文对普胸手术后全身炎症反应及其综合征的诱发因素、发生机制、诊断标准防治措施、监测意义等进行综述,以引起临床的关注。Systemic inflammatory response syndrome which is a new concept proposed in the patt20 years, is a common non-specific inflammatory reaction after severe trauma and operation, It is also included in the clinical pathological process eventually leading to multiple organ dysfunction. In this paper, the induction, pathogenesis, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and monitoring of systemicinflammatory response and its syndrome after thoracic surgery are reviewed.
