摘　　要：茹清静崇尚李东垣"脾胃为本"理论,认为慢性肝衰竭辨证当从脾胃立论,其中胃气虚衰贯穿疾病始终,治疗当以顾护胃气为法,根据胃气虚衰的程度对慢性肝衰竭进行辨证、立法、遣方。Professor RU Qingjing advocates LI Dong- yuan’s theory of spleen and stomach Qi and argues that doctors should identificate differentiation of chronic liver failure by the spleen and stomach theory. At the same time,he insistes that the deficiency of stomach Qi throughout the entire process of this disease and puts the method of protecting stomach Qi as a basic principle of treatment,and should establish syndrome differentiation,legislation and prescription of chronic liver failure according to the degree of stomach Qi deficiency.
