摘 要:目的:测定黄连和萸黄连对大鼠血浆中儿茶酚胺分泌的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫法测定大鼠血浆中肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)的含量。结果:生黄连与萸黄连均能显著抑制大鼠血浆中儿茶酚胺的分泌,但萸黄连抑制E、NE分泌的程度小于生黄连。结论:吴茱萸汁制能降低黄连对儿茶酚胺类物质分泌的抑制程度,说明吴茱萸汁制后黄连的寒凉之性有所缓和。Objective: To explore the effect of catecholamine secretion in rat plasma by Yu- huanglian. Method: ELISA method was used to determine the content of epinephrine and norepinephrine in rat plasma. Results: Both of Rhizoma Coptidis and Yu- huanglian can significantly inhibit the secretion of catecholamine in rat plasma,but the inhibition degree of secretion made by Yu- huanglian was less than by rhizoma coptidis. Conclusion: Evodia rutaecarpa juice could reduce the inhibition degree of rhizoma coptidis on CA secretion,it illustrates that rhizoma coptidis’ Kuhan characteristic feature is reduced after processed by Fructus Evodiae juice.
