输尿管膀胱再植术中插入法吻合的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管膀胱再植术中插入法吻合的效果。方法对46例患者采用插入法吻合行输尿管膀胱再植术,回顾性分析患者临床资料。结果患者均顺利完成手术。输尿管膀胱吻合时间6~15 min,平均10 min。术后随访6~36个月,未发现尿漏、严重输尿管膀胱吻合口狭窄和膀胱输尿管反流等并发症。6例术前肾功能下降患者,术后明显好转。1例轻度吻合口狭窄患者,经输尿管镜扩张及延长留置双J管后,明显改善。2例膀胱造影发现有轻度反流,但均未出现肾功能损害。结论插入法吻合输尿管膀胱再植术,疗效可靠、操作简单、并发症少,是一种理想的输尿管膀胱吻合术式。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the anastomosis of the insertion method in the treatment of ureteral bladder.Methods In June 2013 June 2016,46 patients were treated by insertion of the insertion method,and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were successfully completed the operation,the time of ureteral anastomosis was 6 ~ 15 min,average 10 min.After followed up for 6 to 36 months,all cases not found leakage of urine,found no serious ureter bladder anastomosis stricture and bladder ureter reflux,6 cases of preoperative patients renal function decreased and postoperative significantly improved,1 cases mild anastomotic stenosis,after ureteroscopy expansion and prolong the indwelling D-J tube,significantly improved,2 cases cystography found mild regurgitation,but there were no renal function damage. Conclusion Insertion of the ureter bladder is an ideal method for the operation of the ureter bladder. It has the advantages of reliable curative effect,simple operation and less complications,which is worth to be popularized in clinic.
