中厚板坯连铸机二冷喷嘴冷却特性的研究

摘　　要：针对国内某中厚板连铸机开展了水平段现行工况下3个喷嘴组合试验,分析了喷嘴水流量和气压对板坯宽度方向水量分布的影响。试验结果表明,喷嘴气压恒定,随着喷嘴水流量的增加,喷嘴水压力增加,气流量减少;喷嘴水流量恒定,随着喷嘴气压的增加,喷嘴水压力和气流量增加。Three tests of cooling nozzle combination in the horizontal segment of a slab caster were conducted. The effect of water flowrate and pressure on water distribution in the slab width direction was analyzed. The results showed that with constant nozzle air pressure, the nozzle water pressure increases and air flow rate decreases when nozzle water flowrate increases; while with constant water flow nozzle, both the nozzle water pressure and air flowrate increases when the nozzle air pressure increases.
