摘　　要：企业科技图书馆为企业所兴办,理所当然地要直接为企业服务,要为企业的生产、科研和管理服务,要为企业的兴旺发达作出应有的贡献。读者工作是企业科技图书馆的核心和目标。企业科技图书馆是通过向读者推荐、提供所需要的图书馆资料,为读者提供情报信息而进行服务的。企业科技图书馆只有使图书馆收藏的大量文献资料找到最需要利用它们的读者,使广大读者找到他们最需要的文献,才能最大限度地满足读者的需要,满足企业生产科研工作的需要,从而达到为企业生产、科研和管理服务的目的。As an enterprise library is set up by the enterprise, it should certainly serve the enterprise directly and contribute to the flourish of the enterprise. Reader service is the core and goal of an enterprise sci-tech library, which serves the reader by recommending and providing library materials and information needed by the reader. An enter-prise sci-tech library must continuously improve work ability and service quality, understand the needs of readers and actively provide valuable materials to readers, to best meet the demand of readers and so achieve the objective of ser-ving the production, research work and management of the enterprise.
