摘　　要：利用Y151型纤维摩擦系数测试仪对涤纶短纤维样品进行摩擦系数测试,从张力夹重量、纤维测试根数、摩擦辊转速、测试环境温湿度等多个方面对仪器测试结果的影响因素进行了分析,提出了保证测试结果准确性的方法及纤维摩擦系数测试仪的使用建议。In this paper,polyester fiber samples were tested with Y151 frictional coefficient instrument,and influence factors on fibers＇ frictional coefficient result such as weight of fiber＇ clip,number of test fibers,rotational speed of the roller,environmental temperature and humidity etc.were analyzed,the method of ensuring the test results＇ accuracy,reliability and the using suggestion of instrument were presented.
