广州市就业劳动力时空格局变动分析

摘　　要：文章以广州市第五、六次人口普查数据为基础,以乡镇、街道为基本统计单元,对2000~2010年间广州市就业劳动力的时空分布及变动特征进行系统梳理,研究结果表明:1整体上2000~2010年广州市就业劳动力数量和密度不断增长,并呈现从老城区向远郊区逐渐递减的分布趋势;2各行业就业劳动力整体由集聚趋向扩散,行业专业化水平差异较大,行业间变化趋势不同;3从空间格局来看,2000~2010年广州市就业劳动力密度分布重心北移,就业劳动力具有逐渐由单中心向多中心转变的趋势.With the data of Fif th （in 2000） and Sixth （in 2010） Establishment Census of Guangzhou, based on the basic statistical unit of street, the thesis aims to study the labor forceps spatial and time distribution and evo-lution features. The results show that：①On the whole,the volume ＆ the density of labor force in Guangzhou both gradually increase from 2000 to 2010, and gradually decrease from the old urban area to the suburb area.（2）The labor force of Guangzhou from 2000 to 2010 overal l shows a trend from agglomeration to spread. The in-dustry specialization level is quite various in different trades. From the perspective of the spatial pattern of the distribution, first of all, the density of labor force of Guangzhou from 2000 to 2010 has a decreasing trend from the city center to the periphery suburb. Additionally, the gravity of labor force moves northward. Finally, em-ployment center changes from single-core pattern to polycentric pattern.
