老年2型糖尿病患者体位性低血压发生的预防与护理对策

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者体位性低血压(OH)发生的预防与护理对策。方法:100例老年T2DM患者按卧立位血压变化结果分为老年T2DM合并OH组与未合并OH组,采用合适的治疗与护理措施,比较相关生化指标及量表得分情况。结果:老年T2DM人群OH的发生率为38%,卧位收缩压偏高、老年男性、合并高血压病与OH发生相关,差异有统计学意义。结论:老年T2DM患者OH的预防与护理应引起临床重视。Objective：To investigate the prevention and nursing of orthostatic hypotension（OH） in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods：100 elderly patients with T2DM were divided into T2DM group and OH group according to the results of supine blood pressure change,and the appropriate treatment and nursing measures were adopted to compare the relative biochemical indexes and the scores of OH.Results：the incidence of OH in elderly patients with T2DM was 38%,and the incidence of hypertension was higher than that of OH,and the difference was statistically significant Conclusion：the prevention and nursing of elderly patients with OH should pay attention to T2DM.
