脊柱微调手法结合悬吊锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症功能康复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察脊柱微调手法结合悬吊锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症功能康复的临床效果。方法选取于2014年3月—2016年9月该科收治的200例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为两组各100例。治疗组采用脊柱调微手法结合悬吊锻炼治疗,对照组用牵引、电针治疗,观察一段时间后两组患者的临床疗效。结果(1)治疗1个月后随访发现,治疗组病情改善情况优良率为75%;对照组病情改善情况优良率为77%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)治疗2个月后随访发现,治疗组病情改善情况优良率为96%,复发率为2%;对照组病情改善情况优良率为85%,复发率为10%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊柱微调手法结合悬吊锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症功能康复优于牵引、电针,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of spine fine adjusting manipulation combined with suspension exercise on the rehabilitation of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc function.Methods 200 cases of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc admitted in our department from March 2014 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each the treatment group adopted the spine fine adjusting manipulation combined with suspension exercise for treatment,while the contro group adopted the traction and electro acupuncture for treatment,and the clinical curative effect of the two groups after a period o time was observed.Results（1）The follow-up after 1-month treatment showed that the difference in the disease improvement excellen and good rate between the treatment group and the control group had no statistical significance（75%vs 77%）（P〉0.05）.（2）the follow-up after 2-month treatment,the differences in the disease improvement excellent and good rate and recurrence rate between the treatmen group and the control group had statistical significance（96%,2%vs 85%,10%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of spine fine adjustin manipulation combined with suspension exercise on the rehabilitation of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc function is better than that of traction and electro acupuncture,which is worth promotion and application.
