摘　　要：目的分析幽门螺杆菌感染对不同类型胃息肉、胃癌细胞生物学行为的影响及与CIP2A蛋白表达的相关性。方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院附属第一医院病理科2015年1月—2016年1月收治的120例患者,炎性息肉30例,增生性息肉30例,腺瘤性息肉30例,胃癌30例以及正常胃黏膜标本30例,使用免疫组化法检测CIP2A蛋白的表达情况,快速尿素酶法检测Hp的感染情况。结果 CIP2A蛋白的表达在正常胃粘膜、炎性息肉、增生性息肉、腺瘤性息肉及胃癌中的阳性率分别为30.0%、43.3%、36.7%、50.0%及66.7%;:幽门螺杆菌在胃癌中的阳性率最高,为73.3%,在正常胃粘膜、炎性息肉、增生性息肉、腺瘤性息肉的阳性率分别为33.3%、40.0%、50.0%、60.0%。Hp阳性标本的CIP2A蛋白表达率高于Hp阴性标本。结论 CIP2A蛋白在不同类型胃息肉与胃癌中是高表达的,且Hp感染将促进CIP2A蛋白的表达。Objective To analyze the effect of helicobacter pylori infection on different types of polyps of stomach and gastric cancer cell biology behavior and correlation with CIP2A protein expression. Methods 30 cases of inflammatory polyps, 30 cases of hyperplastic polyps and 30 cases of cellular polps and 30 cases of normal gastric mucosa specimens from January 2015 to January 2016 in the de-partment of pathology in our hospital were selected and the expression of CIP2A protein was tested by the immunohistochemistry method, and the Hp infection was tested by the rapid urease method. Results The positive rate of CIP2A protein expression in the normal gastric mucosa, inflammatory polyps, hyperplastic polyps, adenomatous polyps and gastric cancer was respectively 30.0%, 43.3%,36.6%,50.0% and 66.7%, and the positive rate of helicobacter pylori in the gastric cancer was the highest of 73.3%, and the positive rate of helicobacter pylori in the normal gastric mucosa, inflammatory polyps, hyperplastic polyps, adenomatous polyps was respectively 33.3%,40.0%,50.0%,60.0% and the CIP2A protein expression rate of Hp positive specimens was higher than that of Hp negative specimens. Conclusion The expression of CIP2A protein in different types of polyps of stomach and gastric cancers is high, and Hp infection will promote the expression of CIP2A protein.
