摘　　要：功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)是临床常见的胃肠道疾病。而情绪障碍会引起内脏功能紊乱等躯体症状。同时情绪障碍会通过中枢神经系统对胃肠道平滑肌进行调节。情绪障碍在功能性便秘的诊断与治疗中越来越受到重视。该文对情绪因素与便秘的相关性、不同便秘类型与情绪的相关性、便秘与情绪障碍诊治的相关性以及中医药相关研究4个方面进行了综述。The functional constipation is a clinical common gastrointestinal disease, but the emotional disorder can cause the gastroin-testinal disease, at the same time, the emotional disorder can adjust the gastrointestinal smooth muscle by the central nervous system, and the diagnosis and treatment of emotional disorder in the functional constipation draw more and more attention, and the paper elab-orates the correlation between the emotional factor and constipation, correlation between different constipation types and amotion, cor-relation between constipation and emotional disorder diagnosis and treatment and traditional Chinese medicine related research.
