摘 要:配电网的边际容量成本是配电网经济性研究的重要参数,不但直接表述了配电网中供电设备容量增加导致的投资成本的变化,也对电力部门关于电价制定、分布式电源(DG)配置、用户侧需求管理都有重要的指导作用。针对开环运行的配电网,通过灵敏度法构建灵敏度系数矩阵;并与边际网损系数法进行结合,对灵敏度法中各节点计算所需的网损量进行分摊调整,使其分摊的总网损和系统总网损一致,对配电网的节点边际容量成本(LMCC)进行更为精确的计算,最后运用MATLAB仿真软件在IEEE33节点配电网系统中进行了LMCC数值计算,验证了方法的合理性。The marginal cost of capacity of distribution network is the important parameters for the economic research of distribution network,it is not only the direct expression of the capacity of power supply equipment in distribution network increase make investment costs changed,but also play a role in electricity prcing,distributed generation( DG) allocation,user side power demand management for the electric power department. Aim at the openloop operation of distribution network,sensitivity coefficient matrix was constructed by sensitivity anaylsis,and combined with the marginal loss coefficient method to adjust the allocation of each node's network loss for the calculation,making the total power loss allocation and system total loss equal,and calculate the locational marginal capacity cost of distribution network more accurate. Finally,using MATLAB simulation test to carry out LMCC of the IEEE33 nodes distribution system,to verify the method is reasonable.
