摘 要:为探索矿渣棉纤维对水泥基复合材料的增强效应,研究了矿渣棉纤维的耐碱性能以及矿渣棉在不同酸度系数(1.1、1.2、1.3、1.4)、不同掺量(0%、0.24%、0.36%、0.48%、0.60%、0.84%)时对水泥砂浆的抗压、抗折强度及韧性(折压比)的影响。结果表明:碱液中的矿渣棉纤维表面粘结有水化产物,其性能下降。同时,矿渣棉纤维的掺入能够改善试件的抗折、抗压强度,提高折压比。较基准试件,当纤维掺量为0.60%时,试件抗折、抗压强度增加12.5%、7.66%,折压比增加0.49%;且酸度系数越大,增强越明显。In order to explore the enhancement effect of slag wool fiber,experimental studies were carried out to test the alkaline resistance properties of slag wool fiber and the influences of fiber on compressive,flexural strength and toughness of cement mortar with different acidity coefficient( 1. 1、1. 2、1. 3、1. 4) and different fiber content( 0% 、0. 24% 、0. 36% 、0. 48% 、0. 60% 、0. 84%). The result shows that the surface of slag wool fiber in alkali solution is bonded with hydration products,and its performance is decreased. At the same time,the flexural,compressive strength and the ratio of bending-compressive strength of mortar specimens could be improved by slag wool fiber. Compared with the plain concrete,the addition of 0. 60% fiber improve the compressive,flexural strength and the ratio of bending-compressive strength,which increased by 12. 5%,7. 66% and 0. 49% respectively,and the bigger the acidity coefficient,the more obvious the enhancemen.
