摘　　要：《心史》中有关陈宜中历史事实的记载失误颇多,据史料一一进行辨正,说明《心史》非史,其史料价值当从另一角度来评判。对与《心史》有关而《井中奇书新考》未考之永嘉僧予以考证,并对温州文献中有关《心史》而《井中奇书新考》未列者予以补充。There are many wrong records of CHEN Yizhong, historical facts in Xin Shi {History in Mind）. The paper tries to make textual research and analysis of the mistakes according to historical data. Xin Shi is not a book of history, whose historical value should be judged from another perspective. The paper tries to make textual research of a Yongjia monk, who is related to Xin Shi but is not talked about by New Textual Research on Jing Zhong Qi Shu （New Textual Research on a Remarkable Book Discovered in a Well）, and supplement some points omitted by New Textual Research on Jing Zhong Qi Shu but related to Xin Shi according to Wenzhou local documents.
