摘　　要：司法公开是促进司法公正、提升司法公信力的必要措施,直接关系到司法改革的成效。最高院周强院长一直致力于推进全面司法公开,以公开促公正。"加百利案"的公开审判,是最高院推进司法公开的集中体现和典型案例,不仅及时回应了国内社会公众的关注,更在国际社会产生了广泛影响。Open justice is essential for the promotion of equal justice and the enhancement of judicial credibility, and is critical to the success of judicial reform. Zhou Qiang, the president of Supreme Peoples Court？ has been devoted to the promotion of all-round open justice and the enhancement of judicial justice by open justice. The public trial of Archangelos Gabriel＇ a typical case, is the reflection of Supreme People ＇s Court＇s promotion of open justice. This case not only drew the internal public at tent ion, but also exerted a widespread influence in international community.
