摘 要:新疆准东煤是一种典型的高钠煤;电厂燃用此煤种时易使锅炉发生炉膛结渣、水冷壁高温腐蚀和烟道沾污等不利于锅炉安全运行情况。为了解决这种潜在的危险情况,根据准东煤的煤质特性和煤中钠的存在形式,采用阳离子交换树脂作催化剂的方法,对准东煤脱钠提质。在不同的实验条件下对准东煤进行洗涤,确定适宜的洗涤温度和时间。使用灰熔点测量仪和扫描电镜,分析煤样的灰熔融特性及微观结构。研究得出,在80℃时6 h的洗涤条件下脱钠最为适宜,钠的脱除率达到80%以上,煤质特性也因此改善提高。Xinjiang Zhundong coal is a typical high-sodium coal.It is easy for the boiler to burn out the slag the high-temperature corrosion of the water wall and the flue contamination,which is not conducive to the safe operation of the boiler.In order to solve this potential danger situation,according to the coal quality and the existence of sodium in the form of coal,using cation exchange resin as a catalyst method of Zhundong coal desalination quality.Under different experimental conditions,the washing process was carried out to determine the appropriate washing temperature and time.The ash melting characteristics and microstructure of coal samples were analyzed by using ash melting point and scanning electron microscope.It was found that the best desulphurization was achieved at 80℃ for 6 h,the removal rate of sodium was over 80%,and the quality of coal was improved.
