摘 要:以小分子醇类化合物和酯类化合物为原料,制备了一种用于油基钻井液的有机土激活剂。在白油+有机土体系中加入1.0%有机土激活剂后,150℃热滚老化后的?3读值从0.5增加到14,动切力从2 Pa增加到7 Pa。在全油基钻井液体系中加入1.0%该激活剂后,150℃热滚老化后的?3读值从5增加到13,动切力从10.5 Pa增加到18.5 Pa。有机土激活剂的加入可实现有机土在基油中快速配浆成胶,胶体率可达100%。An organoclay activator for the oil base drilling fluid was prepared using small molecule alcohols and esters as starting materials. After 1. 0% organoclay was added to the white oil + organoclay system for 150 ℃aging,?3 value was to increase from 0. 4 to 14,and yield point was to increase from 2 Pa to 7 Pa,respectively.After 1. 0% organoclay was added to the oil-based drilling fluid system for 150 ℃ aging,?3 value was to increase from 5 to 13,and yield point was to increase from 10. 5 Pa and 18. 5 Pa,respectively. It was quick and easy to prepare and slurry for organoclay when organoclay activator was used in drilling fluid. Furthermore,the colloid ratio could reach 100%.
