摘　　要：时空社会学提供了分析信访行为的崭新视角,通过比较信访人在不同社会时空下的信访行为,阐释各类社会时间与空间蕴含的不同背景与指向,以归纳社会时空下信访行为的规律。更进一步,通过分析信访人对于时空的选择机制,揭示社会时空与信访行为的关系,时空是信访行为的建构要素,而信访行为也可引发时空的功能分化,甚至带来风险性。Sociology of time-space is a new perspective of analyzing the petition behavior. This research explains the meaning and the background of the different social time-space and summarizes the law of petition behavior by comparing petitioners and their petition behavior to the selection of different social time- space. In addition, by analyzing the petitioners’ use and selection of the time- space, the relationship between the social time-space and petition behavior is revealed. Social time-space is the construction element for petition behavior,which also brings petition behavior functional differentiation and even brings risks.
