政党发展视域下健全党员民主权利保障制度的现实意义

摘　　要：政党发展已经成为促进现代主权国家政治发展的重要推动力量,它在本质上反映的是政党组织结构正向变迁的内在规律,描述的是政党力量和党内民主的发展过程,它具有内在的规律性和过程的动态性。"健全党员民主权利保障制度"是中国共产党基于政党发展的考量而提出的重要举措,有助于党发挥利益代表功能、增强适应性、获得内聚力,推进党内民主。Party development has become an important force driving the political development of modern sovereign states. It essentially reflects the intrinsic law of positive evolution of political party＇s organizational structure,and describes the development process of political party＇s strength and intra-party democracy. It has intrinsic regularities and dynamic process. Being an important measure taken by the Party for the purpose of party development,＂completing the protection system for party members＇ democratic rights＂is helpful for bringing into play the Party＇s benefit representation function,increasing the Party＇s adaptability and internal cohesion,and promoting the development of intra-party democracy.
