摘　　要：目的:探讨浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声分型。方法:对46例浆细胞性乳腺炎的声像图特征和病理进行分析。结果:46例浆细胞乳腺炎可分为单纯导管扩张型、肿块型、脓肿型、混合型、窦道瘘管型。结论:浆细胞乳腺炎的超声分型体现了该疾病的自然病理过程,可以为临床治疗方案的选择提供依据。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in typing of plasma cell mastitis.Method The sonographic characteristics and pathological change process were analyzed in 46 patients with plasma cell mastitis.Results 46 cases of plasma cell mastitis can be divided into simple dilatation type,mass type,abscess type,mixed type,sinus and fistula type.Conclusion Ultrasonography in typing of plasma cell mastitis reflects the natural pathological process of the disease,and can provide the basis for clinical treatment options.
