摘 要:总结了电力系统的震害现象及其震害预测方法,并对适用于我国西部山区中小型城镇电力系统的震害预测方法与抗震能力分析方法进行探索,结合汶川震害实例,优化了震害等级分类方法与震害因子选取方法。选用震害因子法与有限元分析法对四川省盐源县电力系统的电力设施及其电气设备进行分析,得出其失效等级在VI度至IX度地震作用下由不受影响到完全瘫痪的结论。最后总结并验证了适用于分析西部山区中小型城市电力系统的经验统计与理论分析相结合的方法。Characteristics of seismic damage and methods of seismic damage prediction of power system is summarized. Methods of seismic damage prediction and the analysis of seismic capacity apply to middle and smallsized cities in western China are explored. By the examples of Wenchuan earthquake in 2008,the classification of seismic damage grade and the selection of seismic damage index are optimized. The power facilities and electrical equipment of power system in Yanyuan County,Sichuan Province is chosen as a case to study. The conclusion is that from "unaffected"to "completely destroyed"is produced under the earthquake with the intensity VI-X degree by analyzing the seismic damage indexes. Finally,the combination of empirical and theoretical analysis method fit for power system in middle and small-sized cities of western China is summarized and verified.
