摘 要:根据携程旅行网站上关于泉州市的游记攻略,运用内容分析法,同时借助ROST(中文词频统计)软件,分别从旅游景点偏好、旅游消费项目和旅游环境感知3个方面对泉州市旅游感知形象进行探讨。提出泉州市文化类景点比自然景观更受游客欢迎,旅游消费项目中文化景观和泉州市美食更受关注,而自然景观和海域活动方面消费力明显不够,游客对泉州市清新旅游环境感知颇深。因此,泉州市可加强自然景观旅游项目的开发建设,并加强泉州市清新旅游环境的宣传,增强其旅游吸引力。The tourists, strategies for Quanzhou on Ctrip were analyzed in terms of tourist attractions prefer-ence, tourism consumer items and tourism environment perception in the content analysis method and ROST News Analysis Total. It was concluded that cultural attractions are more popular with tourists than the natural landscapes in Quanzhou, the cultural landscape and Quanzhou cuisine are paid more attention among the tourism consumer items, the consumer spending in natural landscapes and sea activities is obviously inade-quate, and the perception of Quanzhou,s fresh tourism environment is widely found with tourists. Therefore, Quanzhou is advised to strengthen the development and construction of natural landscape tourism projects and promote the publicity of Quanzhou fresh tourism environment in order to enhance its tourism attraction.
