摘  要:目的对比分析双Endobutton技术与锁骨钩钢板技术治疗Tossy Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年6月因Tossy Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位住院治疗的患者共44例,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统锁骨钩钢板技术,实验组采用双Endobutton技术治疗。对比两组患者的一般手术情况和术后6个月的肩关节关节功能。结果实验组手术时间较对照组长(P<0.05),但实验组住院天数、术中出血和切口长度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组Rowe评分、前屈活动度和肩关节中立位内旋活动度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),术后牛津大学肩关节不稳评分(OSIS评分)和肩关节中立位外旋活动度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取双Endobutton技术治疗TossyⅢ度肩锁关节脱位临床疗效显著,对患者关节功能改善显著优于锁骨钩钢板技术,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the treatment efficacy of double edobutton in the treatment of Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods From January 2013 to June 2015 a total of 44 patients with Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The control group performed traditional clavicular hook plate technology,and the experimental group were treated with double Endobutton treatment technology. The general status and the shoulder joint function 6 months after surgery was compared. Results The operation time of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group(P〈0.05),but the number of hospital days in the experimental group,blood loss and incision length were significantly lower than those the control group(P〈0.05). Rowe score,flexion and activity shoulder internal rotation neutral activity in experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P〈0.05),and postoperative scores OSIS neutral shoulder external rotation motion were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Double edobutton in the treatment of Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation can improve the clinical effecacy than the clavicular hook plate technology. Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
