微信群内干预预防和降低留置双J管患者并发症的护理研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨微信群内干预对预防和减低留置双J管患者并发症发生的可行性和护理效果。方法:将135例结石术后留置双J管患者,按照性别、年龄、文化程度及手术名称随机分成两组(观察组68例和对照组67例)。对照组每周一次电话健康教育和并发症干预,观察组在对照组基础上,建立健康教育模板和并发症干预模板,行群内全面护理干预和个性化指导。分别记录两组血尿、膀胱刺激征、尿路感染、焦虑、生活质量评估和干预效果等观察指标。并将两组资料行统计学分析。结果:两组患者均按要求完成该项研究。观察组对并发症的预防和发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。患者生活质量提高,对微信群内干预措施满意。结论:微信群内护理干预信息量大,干预面广,效果确切,是留置双J管患者术后预防和减少并发症发生有效快捷的好方法。这一方法不但可减少医护人员重复劳动,提高护理质量,实施简单方便,适用范围广,还可在其他出院者延伸护理中推广应用。Objective To investigate the feasibility and nursing effect of WeChat group intervention to prevent and reduce the in-cidence of complications in patients with indwelling double J tube. Methods： Fifty-three patients were randomly divided into two groups （68 cases in the observation group and 67 cases in the control group） according to sex^age, educational level and opera-tion name. In the control group, the health education and the intervention of the telephone were conducted once a week On the basis of the control group, the observation group and the intervention intervention template were established, and the compre-hensive nursing intervention and individual guidance were carried out The levels of hematuria, bladder irritation, urinary tract infection, anxiety, quality of life assessment and intervention were recorded. And two sets of data were analyzed statistically. Results： Both patients completed the study as required. The prevention and incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group （P 〈C 0. 01）. Improve the quality of life of patients, micro-group inter-ventions were satisfied. Conclusion： Micro-group care within the intervention of a large amount of information, intervene wide, the exact effect is to stay double J tube patients with postoperative prevention and reduce the incidence of effective and quick and effective way. This method can not only reduce the medical staff to repeat the work, improve the quality of care, the imple-mentation of simple and convenient, wide range of applications ^ but also in other discharged care workers to promote the appli-cation.
