摘 要:现役主战坦克自动装弹机结构复杂、射速较低、故障率高。文中运用机械系统概念设计理论,通过计算机仿真设计与工程实验相结合,简化系统结构,研制新型任意装填式自动装弹机。设计了双转鼓式可变角装填自动装弹机,其特点是双转鼓弹仓结构,使弹仓容量变大,弹鼓横向水平放置在炮尾的两边,再加上整装式弹药,使得装弹时间大大减少,并且火炮的射速比现有的自动装弹机快一倍,并能实现可变角装填。该装置结构简单,实用可靠,可用于我军现装备的主战坦克、自行火炮以及步兵战车等装甲车辆。rActive main battle tank automatic loading machine structure is complex, has low rate of fire and high failure rate. Based on computer simulation d esign and engineering experiments,the concept of mechanical system d es ign theoryis u sed to simplify the system structure, and study new arbitrary loading automatic loading machine. This paper des igns a dual-drum variable angle loading automatic loading machine, its du al-drum cartridge structure makes the magazine capacity larger, drumis placed on both s ides the tail of the gunh orizontally, so the loading time is greatly reduced, and the gun's firing rate is twice firing rate of the exis ting automatic loading machine.This automatic loading machinecan ach ieve variable angle loading. The deviceis simple, practical and reliable, canbeu sed to equip with main battle tanks, self -propelled artillery and infantry fighting vehicles and other armored vehicles.
