摘  要:传统修井机绞车系统常采用柴油机驱动,但由于其调速范围有限、经济性差、污染环境。随着油田电网日益发达,为此,将柴油驱动与电动机驱动相综合,研制了双动力绞车系统,该系统综合了柴油驱动和电驱动的优势,增大了修井机的调速范围且经济环保、实用性强。通过对起升系统特性分析,确定了不同钩速和挡位的承载范围和工况,对油田修井工作的动力选择做出了指导。The usual workover rigs are powered by the diesel engine. With the prosperity of the oil field electrified wire netting, this kind of rigs is inadequate to make full use of the power network and its speed adjustable range is too limited. What's worse, it’s less economical and less environmental friendly. Therefore, this study combines advantage of diesel engine and electrical power to invent the diesel-electrical hybird drawworks system. It extends the speed adjustable range, and has the advantage of environmental protection and practical value. The host range and working condition in different hook speed and gear stage are identified by analyzing the characteristics of rising system. Hence it can provide reference for power type selection in oil field workover.
