补骨脂汤联合安理申肾精亏虚型血管性痴呆30例

摘　　要：目的:观察补骨脂汤联合安理申治疗肾精亏虚型血管性痴呆的临床疗效,为药物干预血管性痴呆提供临床依据。方法:将60例肾精亏虚型血管性痴呆患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组口服安理申,观察组口服安理申加中药汤剂(补骨脂汤),两组均以30d为一疗程,连续服用3个疗程。结果:治疗前后比较,两组治疗后MoCA、MMSE量表评分均高于治疗前,中医症候评分明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组间比较,观察组MoCA、MMSE量表评分明显高于对照组,中医症候评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补骨脂汤联合安理申治疗肾精亏虚型血管性痴呆的疗效优于单用安理申。Objective：To observe curative effect of the Fructus Psoraleae decoction combined with aricept for vascular dementia （VaD） of deficiency of kidney-essence patients, which provide the basis for drug intervention of vascular dementia.Methods： 60 patients with VaD were randomly assigned to control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group, the control group treated with aricept, treatment group in oral administration of aricept based plus Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction of Fructus Psoraleae decoction, two groups were 30 days for a course of treatment and three courses.Results： The results showed that the MoCA and MMSE scores of the control group and the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment, TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than before treatment（P＜0.05）;After treatment, the MoCA and MMSE scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the score of TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that in the control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion： Curative effect of Fructus Psoraleae decoction combined with aricept is better than the single use of aricept in the vascular dementia patients with deficiency of kidney-essence.
