激光联合枇杷清肺饮治疗肺胃热盛型酒渣鼻46例  

46 Cases of Rosacea Type of Excessive Heat of Lung and Stomach Treatment with Laser Combined with Pipa Qingfei Decoction

摘　　要：目的:观察长脉宽1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合加味枇杷清肺饮治疗肺胃热盛型酒渣鼻的临床疗效。方法:将92例肺胃热盛型酒渣鼻患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各46例。观察组用长脉宽1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合加味枇杷清肺饮口服治疗,对照组单纯口服加味枇杷清肺饮治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果:总有效率观察组为95.65%,对照组为80.43%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长脉宽1064nm Nd:YAG激光联合加味枇杷清肺饮治疗肺胃热盛型酒渣鼻疗效满意,适合临床应用。Objective：To observe the efficacy of rosacea type of excessive heat of lung and stomach treatment with long-pulsed Nd：YAG laser and modified Pipa Qingfei Decoction.Methods：92 patients with rosacea type of excessive heat of lung and stomach were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group（46 cases） were treated with combined long-pulsed Nd：YAG laser and modified Pipa Qingfei Decoction ,and the control group（46 cases） only took modified Pipa Qingfei Decoction.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups were analyzed.Results：The total effective rate of observation group （95.65％） compared with the control group total effective rate （80.43％）, the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of Rosacea type of excessive heat of lung and stomach with long-pulsed Nd：YAG laser combined with modified Pipa Qingfei Decoction is outstanding curative effect and is suitable for clinical application.
