基于ABCD2评分短暂性脑缺血发作的舌象、脉象研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对TIA患者舌象、脉象研究,观察不同危险分层的TIA患者的舌象、脉象特点,对中风病的早期中医干预创造条件。方法:将符合TIA诊断标准患者按照ABCD2评分量表进行评分,分为低危组和中高危组,收集两组患者的舌象、脉象的频数特征,观察两组舌象、脉象的差异性。结果:最常见的舌象为舌质黯(45.3%),舌质红(40.6%),舌苔腻(37.6%),最常见的脉象为脉弦(35.3%);中高危组出现舌质红、舌质黯、舌苔腻、舌苔黄、舌苔少或无苔的检出率明显高于低危组;中高危组的脉弦、脉滑、脉沉、脉浮的检出率高于低危组,其中脉弦、脉滑、脉浮两组间具有显著差异。结论:TIA患者中最常出现的舌象、脉象为舌质黯、红,舌苔黄、腻,脉弦、滑,而且TIA患者中风的危险度越高则上述舌象、脉象的检出率越高。Objective： Tongue and pulse characteristics was observed in different risk stratification of patients with transient ischemic attack （TIA） for creating conditions on the intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine in early of stroke.Methods： TIA patients suited for the diagnosis criteria were divided into low risk group and high risk group of according to ABCD2 score scale.The frequency characteristics of the two groups were collected of tongue and pulse, differences were observed in the two groups of tongue and pulse.Results： The dark tongue was the most common tongue （45.3％）, red tongue（40.6％）, greasy fur （37.6％）, the most common pulse for pulse string （35.3％）.In the high-risk group of red tongue, dark tongue, greasy fur and yellow fur, tongue without fur or less detection rate was significantly higher than the low risk group.The detection rate of pulse string, pulse slip, pulse sinking, floating pulse in high risk group was higher than that in low risk group, and there were significant differences between the two groups in the groups of pulse string, pulse slip and floating pulse.Conclusion： Most frequently occurring in TIA patients is dark and red tongue, yellow and greasy, pulse string, slip, and the higher the degree of danger in stroke in patients with TIA, the higher of detection rate in the tongue and pulse.
