醒脑开窍针刺法早期治疗小儿病毒性脑炎70例

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑开窍针刺法对小儿病毒性脑炎早期治疗的临床疗效。方法:对120例患有病毒性脑炎并伴有高热昏迷或意识障碍的患儿进行随机分组,观察组用醒脑开窍针刺法治疗,对照组给予普通针刺法治疗,对比两组疗效差异。结果:总有效率观察组为97.14%,对照组为86%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针刺法不但对成人治疗有临床意义,对小儿病毒性脑炎早期康复治疗也值得应用和推广。Objective： To explore the curative effect of acupuncture on the early treatment of children with viral encephalitis.Method： 120 children with virus encephalitis and accompanied by high fever coma or disturbance of consciousness were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy.The control group was given ordinary acupuncture.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14％.The total effective rate of control group was 86％（P＜0.05）.Treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion：Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture not only in adult stroke have clinical significance, also in the rehabilitation of children with viral encephalitis is worthy of promotion and reference.
