摘 要:目的:观察功能性消化不良(Functional Dyspepsia,FD)大鼠模型胃排空障碍情况下胃壁乙酰胆碱能神经传导相关指标的变化,探讨中药复方健胃合剂的可能作用机理。方法:SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和中药组,采用适度夹尾刺激法复制FD大鼠模型,中药组予健胃合剂对照性治疗,比较各组乙酰胆碱转运蛋白(VAch T)、乙酰胆碱受体(CHRM1)的差异。结果:FD模型组大鼠VAch T蛋白含量与正常组比较显著下降,P<0.05;中药组CHRM1与模型组比较相对升高,P<0.05。结论:胃肠动力障碍表现的FD大鼠存在乙酰胆碱能神经传导因子如VAch T、CHRM1的变化,健胃合剂的促胃排空作用可能与调节该通路的相关因子有关。Objective: To observe the correlation factors during transmitting of acetylcholine of stomach in rats with functional dyspepsia, who had dysfunction of gastrointestinal motility, and to detect the therapeutic functions of Jian-wei decoction.Method: SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, and Chinese Medicine group(CG).The rats were injured by ring clamp to be FD except the normal group.Rats in CG were treated with Jian-wei decoction.Compare the difference of VAchT and CHRM1 of each group.Results: OD values of VAchT is much lower in model group than that in normal group, P〈0.05.OD values of CHRM1 in CG is much higher than that in model group, P〈0.05.Conclusion: Dysfunction of gastrointestinal motility has a relationship with the transfer process of the acetylcholine neurotransmitter such as VAchT, CHRM1.Jian-wei decoction has the function of gastric emptying may depending on recovering the level of VAchT, and regulating the expression of CHRM1.
