摘  要:为了提高连续循环钻井技术的安全性,研制了LXZ-Ⅰ型连续循环钻井装置,重点分析了钻杆接头定位技术、自动上卸扣技术、钻井液上顶力平衡技术、循环分流切换技术和系统控制技术。对该装置在钻井科学试验井上进行了3个阶段的模拟试验。试验结果表明:该装置可以实现20 MPa下连续循环接单根作业;在每次接单根过程中,存在2次短暂的压力波动,通过排除管道内气体和提高预填充压力,可减小压力波动峰值。研究结果可为连续循环钻井技术装备及以此为基础的连续钻井技术的进一步研究和应用提供借鉴和参考。The design scheme of the LXZ-Ⅰ continuous circulation drilling system has been introduced. Focuses have been put on the technologies of drill pipe joint positioning technology,automatic makeup and breakout technology,mud jacking force balance technology,steady pressure diverter technology and system control technology and related solutions. Three stages of the simulation test have been carried out on the drilling science test well.The test results showed that the system allowed makeup operation during continuous circulation with 20 MPa backpressure. There were two short pressure fluctuations in each makeup operation. By discharging the gas and increasing the pre-filling pressure in the pipe,the pressure fluctuation peak could be reduced. The results of the study could provide reference for the further research and application of continuous circulation drilling equipment and the continuous circulation drilling technology.
