摘 要:为进一步推广高压磨料射流切割技术在海上弃置作业中的应用,满足大尺寸管柱的切割作业需求,采用三维软件Solidworks对链条式高压磨料射流外切割执行机构进行设计,针对管柱竖放和横放工况进行链条所需张紧力及张紧余量计算分析,并给出推荐使用的管径范围;同时运用动力学分析软件ADAMS对机构进行动力学分析。分析结果表明:2种工况下链条所需张紧力均随被切管柱管径增大而增大,链条张紧余量随管径增大而减小;横放工况下链条所需最大张紧力大于竖放工况。随着被切管柱管径的增大,链条最大张紧力出现位置与水平线之间夹角呈减小趋势,并且逐渐趋近于16.7°;切割机构沿管柱周向运动,没有发生滑动,运行平稳,满足切割要求。所得结论可为高压磨料射流外切割执行机构优化提供参考。To further promote the application of high-pressure abrasive water jet cutting technology in the offshore abandonment operation,to meet the requirements of large-size casing cutting operations,the three-dimensional software Solidworks has been used to design the chain-type tool for external cutting based on high pressure abrasive water jet. And the required tension and tension margin of the chain under vertical and horizontal conditions have been given. The recommended casing diameter range has also been given. At the same time,the kinetic analysis on the mechanism has been conducted using ADAMS software. The results show that,the required tension of the chain under the two kinds of working conditions increases with the increase of the pipe diameter,while the tension margin of the chain decreases. The maximum required tension under the horizontal condition is larger than that under the vertical condition. As the diameter of the pipe is increased,the angle between the position of the maximum tension of the chain and the horizontal line decreases and gradually approaches 16. 7°. The cutting mechanism moves in the circumferential direction without sliding,and operations smoothly,meeting the cutting requirements.The conclusion is a reference for the optimization of high-pressure abrasive jet external cutting actuator.
