摘 要:石油钻井现场变频电机的不间断运行会产生强烈的噪声,给周围居民和钻井工人带来很严重的噪声伤害。为此,介绍了变频电机噪声产生的主要原因(空气动力噪声、机械噪声和电磁噪声),对每一种噪声提出了较详细的抑制措施和控制办法。针对油田现有70DB钻机配套电机开展了有针对性的现场噪声测试和降噪措施。测试结果表明:对变频电机重新辨识优化降噪效果不明显,通过改变电机配套变频器的开关频率降噪效果明显,电机啸叫声消失,但是变频器的总体输出功率有所降低。因此,要从降低空气动力噪声和机械噪声这2个方面来抑制变频电机的噪声;根据具体情况,改变开关频率也是一个降噪的方法。The continuous operation of the frequency conversion motor could produce strong noise,which brings serious noise damage to the surrounding residents and drilling workers. To address the issue,the main sources for the noise of the frequency conversion motor( aerodynamic noise,mechanical noise and electromagnetic noise) have been introduced,and detailed measures and control methods have been put forward for each kind of noise. For the current applied 70 DB drilling rig's supporting motor,targeted on-site noise test has been conducted and noise reduction measures have been proposed. The test results show that the effect of noise reduction is obvious by changing the switching frequency of the motor inverter,instead of identification optimization of the frequency conversion motor. The motor noise whistling disappeared,but the overall output power of the inverter was reduced.Therefore,the noise reduction of the inverter motor should be achieved from reduction of aerodynamic noise and mechanical noise. According to the specific conditions,changing the switching frequency is also a noise reduction method.
