摘　　要：目的探讨应变超声弹性成像技术对静止期浆细胞性乳腺炎的鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾分析2014年1月至2016年2月来我院就诊并经病理证实的浆细胞性乳腺炎患者,选取18例静止期患者,分析其常规超声声像图、BI-RADS分级及弹性成像图像特点。结果尽管静止期乳腺炎肿块常规超声图像恶性特征多、BI-RADS分级较高,但弹性成像评分多为1~2分,提示良性可能性大。结论对仅表现为乳腺肿块的静止期浆细胞性乳腺炎,在常规超声基础上应用超声弹性成像技术能明显提高诊断准确率。Objective To analyze and investigate the diagnostic value of strain imaging elastosonography in stationary phase plasma cell mastitis. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the plasma cell mastitis patients, who sought medical care in the hospital from Jan 2014 to Feb 2016 and were later confirmed by pathological examination. Eighteen patients with stationary phase plas-ma cell mastitis were selected for analysis of the features of conventional ultrasonographic images, the BI-RADS classification and the features of elastosonography images. Results In spite of the fact that more features of tumor and higher grade of classification might be manifested in conventional ultrasonography, the scores of elastosonography were mostly 1 -2, indicating that they might be benign tumors. Conclusion For stationary phase plasma cell mastitis with just breast tumor, conventional ultrasonography coupled with elas-tosonography could significantly increase diagnostic accuracy of stationary phase plasma cell mastitis.
